# Upgrading LudOS

If you are connected to internet, upgrading LudOS is easy.

You can simply access the latest upgrade from the Main Menu:

LudOS will download the latest version and you will have to reboot.

As LudOS is still in alpha stage, we recommend that you backup any important save before upgrading.
